What will happen after the webinar?

Participants will receive an email containing the link to the feedback form. Once the form has been completed, the certificate of participation will be issued immediately.

When will participants receive the certificate?

Certificates are released right after submitting the feedback form. In case of an error, participants may resubmit, and the certificate will be reissued within 24 hours.

How long will it take for the CPD points to be credited?

CPD points are usually credited within three (3) working days to one (1) week, subject to terms and conditions.

After the free webinar, will fees apply for the next sessions?

Yes. Members are regularly updated regarding the schedule and fees of upcoming seminars.

How much are the fees? Does the company provide a fixed rate per webinar?

The fee is ₱100 per hour equivalent to 1 CPD point.

How many CPD points will be earned after the free webinar if participants join another one?

The CPD points awarded will depend on the nature and duration of the upcoming webinar.
